This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Publication Ethics
Publication Ethics
This statement of the scientific code of ethics is a statement of the code of ethics of all parties involved in the publication process of this scientific journal, namely managers, editors, peer reviewers, and authors. The Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications basically upholds three ethical values in publications, namely
(i) Neutrality, ie free from conflict of interest in the management of publications;
(ii) Justice, namely granting authorship rights to those entitled to become authors; and
iii) Honesty, which is free from duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in publications.
Publisher Responsibilities
1. Publishers are responsible for publishing manuscripts which after going through the process of editing, reviewing, and layout are in accordance with the rules of publishing scientific journals.
2. Publishers are responsible for ensuring academic freedom for editors and bestari partners in carrying out their respective duties.
3. Publishers are responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.
Editor's Responsibilities
1. Bakti Banua Editor : The Community Service Journal is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are worthy of publication through the editorial board meeting which refers to the applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
2. In the process of reviewing and accepting manuscripts, the editorial team of Bakti Banua: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is based on the principle of equality of treatment in making decisions to publish manuscripts without distinction of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology of the author.
3. The editor and editorial team of Bakti Banua : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscript or manuscripts except with the permission of the author.
4. Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by the research editor of Bakti Banua: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat for their own benefit and will be returned directly to the author.
Bestari Partner Responsibilities
Mitra Bestari Bakti Banua: Community Service Journal assists editors in making editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts
1. The bestari partner of Bakti Banua: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is responsible for the recommendation of the manuscript it has reviewed.
2. The review of the manuscript is carried out objectively, and is supported by clear arguments.
3. Mitra bestari Bakti Banua: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is responsible for citations, references, duplications, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the manuscripts studied.
4. Mitra Bakti Banua: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use information from the manuscripts it has reviewed for personal gain/interest.
Author's Responsibilities
1. Authors must present the results of their thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
2. The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted on the manuscript that has been written.
3. The author must show references to the opinions and works of others who are quoted
4. The author must write the manuscript ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with the applicable scientific writing regulations.
5. The author does not double submit to other journals while the process at Bakti Banua: Community Service Journal is still ongoing.
6. The author does not mind if the manuscript is edited in the review process and layout without changing the substance or main idea of the article.
