Effective employee satisfaction management is crucial for enhancing employee performance, particularly in container loading and unloading activities at PT Seroja Cabanag Banjarmasin. This study explores the relationship between employee satisfaction and performance in the demanding logistics sector. The primary focus of the research is to analyze how employee satisfaction impacts productivity, work quality, as well as absenteeism and turnover rates. Data was collected through employee satisfaction surveys and performance analysis, examining aspects such as working conditions, rewards, training, and communication between management and employees. The findings indicate that high employee satisfaction is positively associated with increased productivity and work quality, and contributes to reduced absenteeism and turnover. These results underscore the importance of managing employee satisfaction in creating a better and more efficient work environment, which supports operational success at PT Seroja Cabanag Banjarmasin.
