Abstrak

Pembangunan Desa melalui peran badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes) memiliki dampak potifi pada pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian pada Desa Tempursari bersama pemilik usaha (UMKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang manajemen keuangan, perencanaan anggaran, dan sumber pembiayaan melalui BUMDes dengan mengadakan pelatihan yang meliputi pengenalan manajemen keuangan, pembuatan rencana keuangan, dan pemahaman sumber pembiayaan, peserta diharapkan dapat mengatur  usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) secara lebih efektif.  Pengabdian yang dilakukan dapat membantu Pemerintah Desa mengarahkan pemilik uasaha untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang relevan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Lebih penting lagi, bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan oleh guna mengintegrasikan, membangun, memodifikasi, dan menyusun kembali sistem pengendalian internal mereka demi mencapai pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai praktik manajemen keuangan yang baik dan pemanfaatan BUMDes sebagai sumber pembiayaan. Capaian kegiatan diharapkan masyarakat dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan pengembangan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan dengan memanfaatkan BUMdes yang telah tersedia.
