Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan Serta Dampaknya pada Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pnegaruh karateristik pekerjaan (Identitas Tugas dan Variari Keterampilan) dan Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan serta dampaknya pada Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi (PKO). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. wilayah Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 130 karyawan Bank Jatim. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Karakteristik Pekerjaan (Identitas Tugas dan Variasi Keterampilan) dan Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan. Penelitian juga menyatakan bahwa Keterikatan Karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi.Referensi
